Khrol Serhiy

Fund Director, Co-Founder

Serhiy Khrol is the director and co-founder of the Perimeter Charity Foundation. An entrepreneur, founder of a transport company, who has been involved in helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the first days. Responsible for the strategic development of the foundation, organization of processes and interaction with partners.

Koval Anastasiia

Deputy Director for International Partnership and Development

Anastasiia Koval is Deputy Director of the PERIMETER Charitable Foundation. A product-app designer who leads the foundation’s international track. She is responsible for partnerships with foreign organizations, securing support, and the foundation’s digital tools.

Pokusaev Igor

Co-founder, Emergency Medical Technician

Igor Pokusaev is a co-founder of the foundation, an emergency medical service (EMT) worker, and a volunteer. Works where decisions are made in seconds. Combines medical service with volunteering, helping units based on the real needs of the front.

Lapin Stanislav

Co-founder

Stanislav Lapin is a co-founder of the foundation and an entrepreneur. Involved in the development of the foundation, supporting projects, and finding resources to help the military. Forms part of the processes that remain behind the scenes, but give results.

Khrol Oksana

Volunteer, logistics

Oksana Khrol is a foundation volunteer responsible for logistics. She organizes aid delivery, coordinates the movement of equipment and cargo, and makes sure everything reaches the units on time — work that isn’t always visible but is critically important.

Berintseva Iryna

Volunteer, international direction

A foundation volunteer currently based in Slovakia, working on the international track. She handles communication with foreign partners, securing aid, and coordinating its delivery to Ukraine. She bridges international support and the real needs of the units.

Zhuravel Oleksandr

Volunteer, veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Oleksandr Zhuravel is a former serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, demobilized due to health reasons. After his service, he joined the volunteer work of the foundation. He understands the needs of the units well and helps to close them clearly, without unnecessary words.

The “Perimeter” Foundation provides units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with equipment, equipment and resources necessary for the performance of combat missions on the front lines.

We deliver assistance as quickly as possible – usually within a few days of purchase or receipt.
