An independent charitable foundation created by veterans with combat experience and a real understanding of the needs of the front.

Who are we?

We are military people helping military people. The fund was founded by direct participants in the fighting and has a clear understanding of the real needs of the front.

"PERIMETER" is an independent charitable foundation created by veterans of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and colleagues from other units. Our work is based on trust, transparency, and accountability to everyone who fights. We work directly with the military to ensure that aid arrives quickly and accurately — where it is needed most.

Khrol Serhiy

Fund Director, Co-Founder

Serhiy Khrol is the director and co-founder of the Perimeter Charity Foundation. An entrepreneur, founder of a transport company, who has been involved in helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the first days. Responsible for the strategic development of the foundation, organization of processes and interaction with partners.

Pokusaev Igor

Co-founder, Emergency Medical Technician

Igor Pokusaev is a co-founder of the foundation, an emergency medical service (EMT) worker, and a volunteer. Works where decisions are made in seconds. Combines medical service with volunteering, helping units based on the real needs of the front.

Lapin Stanislav

Co-founder

Stanislav Lapin is a co-founder of the foundation and an entrepreneur. Involved in the development of the foundation, supporting projects, and finding resources to help the military. Forms part of the processes that remain behind the scenes, but give results.

Khrol Oksana

Volunteer, logistics

Оксана Хроль — волонтер фонду, яка відповідає за логістичний напрямок. Організовує доставку допомоги, координує переміщення техніки та вантажів, контролює, щоб усе доходило до підрозділів вчасно. Робота, яка не завжди помітна, але критично важлива.

Berintseva Iryna

Volunteer, international direction

Волонтер фонду, яка наразі перебуває у Словаччині та працює на міжнародному напрямку. Займається комунікацією з іноземними партнерами, залученням допомоги та координацією її передачі в Україну. Забезпечує зв’язок між міжнародною підтримкою та реальними потребами підрозділів.

Zhuravel Oleksandr

Volunteer, veteran of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Oleksandr Zhuravel is a former serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, demobilized due to health reasons. After his service, he joined the volunteer work of the foundation. He understands the needs of the units well and helps to close them clearly, without unnecessary words.

The “Perimeter” Foundation provides units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with equipment, equipment and resources necessary for the performance of combat missions on the front lines.

We work directly with units, quickly cover their real needs and deliver help where it is needed now.

Donations are directed to the purchase of machinery and equipment for units of the Armed Forces working on the front lines.

In particular:
— FPV drones and accessories
— reconnaissance drones (Mavic 3 / 3T)
— batteries and charging stations
— generators and power equipment

— transport and logistics

Each hryvnia turns into specific equipment, which is immediately used in combat conditions.

Yes, we provide transparent expense reporting.

After each transfer of aid, we publish photo and video reports, as well as information about the purchased equipment.

We coordinate such transfers, coordinate needs with divisions and arrange delivery to the location.

If necessary, we provide confirmation of receipt and reporting.

We are open to scrutiny and transparently show our activities.

No, the fund does not take a percentage of donations.

All funds are directed directly to the purchase of equipment and assistance to units.
Operating costs are covered separately or through partner support.

We deliver assistance as quickly as possible – usually within a few days of purchase or receipt.

Thanks to direct interaction with divisions and our own logistics, we deliver equipment to where it is needed right now.
